The DWI Resource Center is a private, non-profit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.victimsrightsnm.org\/_files\/ugd\/8ed56e_148f5dacc38f4353b797fea957d64f2d.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">501(c)(3)<\/a>\u00a0organization founded in 1993. The Center has continually served victims of DWI since that time.
